Central Ab average home sale price remains firm

The average home sale price dipped 1% in May from April but the 4-month running average increased 1% with the 12-month average staying practically the same.

It’s good news when sale prices remain firm in a market that’s witnessed prices decreasing year after year. Some moderate market growth could really help a market where consumer confidence is lower than it should be because of economic uncertainty.
